I'm not sure what I think about that cover. DiZ seems to have been replaced with Namine, and Roxas still gets an oddly high billing for a dude that only appears on the World's Longest Loading Screen. Of course, pretty much everyone except for Sora, Donald and Goofy has only ten minutes of screentime. I'd either have preferred something with an insanely large number of characters on, or something with, say, just Sora and Riku. Sora, Marluxia and Xemas would have been a good way of encapsulating the whole of the Kingdom Hearts II saga, showing sides of both Chain of Memories and the main game.

Personally, I'd be slightly more concerned with what Goofy seems to be doing to that pole.

Marluxia is from COM and NOT KH2, and this is the cover for KH2 FINAL MIX, not Re:COM.

And Roxas plays an intergal part of the plot and to Sora, as with the rest of the cast on the cover regardless of screentime.

It is a shame that Diz was missing, but so are the villains.... I guess Nomura wanted to show the major characters that directly related to Sora.

I was under the impression that Re:Chain of Memories was packaged with Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+. I may be wrong about that though, that's just what I've heard from rumours on the Internets.

yes it's in it but still the main game is KH2 so yeah even if it's a final mix it's still KH2....so that,s why the cover is still about kh2 (did I repeat myself enough so you understand? XD)

I don't know, really. I can see the vast majority of people buying Final Mix+ solely for Re:Chain of Memories as opposed to the extra scene or two in the main game. Personally, that's the only reason why I'm going to buy it. Still, I don't disagree that Kingdom Hearts II constitutes the more important game of the two, just that it would make more sense to advertise both games included, rather than just Kingdom Hearts II.

Re:COM is more of an extra game BUNDLED with Final Mix. And KH2 Final Mix is NOT just some extra scenes or two in the main game, head to http://kh2.co.uk or http://kh-2.net and read some info before making assumptions. I posted various news,info and interveiws on the topic as well, go back and read them please.

To make a summary, all the COM Org members are extras bosses in KH2 FM, the Roxas fight is now a boss fight instead of a cutscene, new weapons, new Crown symbol hunting as a side quest, Mushroom heartless are back and there are 13 of them and resemble each Org member (in ablities), ALOT and I mean ALOT of new scenes with voice acting, including a scene that relates to the characters seen in the secret ending. New form called Limit which lets Sora use his ablities from KH1. New areas are added meaning more exploration. A much harder difficulty will be added. The list goes on and on.

And Im sure Re:COM has a cover in there somewhere, its probably just in the bundle and not on the actual cover. Untill we see the FULL packaging, let's just wait.

Re:CoM is in the cover too (if you look at the very top, within the heart shaped cloud formation, you can see Sora and Riku in their KH1/CoM outfits).

And is it me, or have Nomura's artworks been looking a tad rushed lately? (I've been wondering this since the KH2:FM+ poster was revealed, with Vexen's bulging eye, among other things)

You can't really blame the guy's art style for slipping a bit, he is making half the games coming out of Square Enix at the moment.

And of course, I'm not criticising the stuff that's been added to Kingdom Hearts II, just that personally, my initial curiosity is still with RE:Chain of Memories rather than Kingdom Hearts II. But that's mainly because I want more Zexion. I've preordered it (naturally), but it sucks that I have to find something else to play for a month.

ok i have a ? that hopefully someone can answer. i have gotten the pooh and piglet houses opened, and have 4 torn pages in my stock, how do i add them to the book? any help would be appreciated. kh2 is awesome!!!

is KHII final mix really coming out next week???

You need to go through each stage and mini game in Pooh's book to unlock the next stage. Stage being the pages missing from the book.

And yeah, KH2 FM is out next week or so, 9 more days to be exact.

The game is already out, I'm seeing torrents of it from a couple of places. Then again, I keep forgetting that Japan has a much later time than we do, so it's probably the real deal.

Now I thought the whole thing would be on one DVD (don't ask me why), but it seems that there are two discs which makes more sense. Needless to say, the waiting is over. :)

It was leaked before it was officially released in Japan. Mainland Asia gets copies before Japan, and some Japanese stores ignored the release date.
