Not that I guess you care, but please everyone, USE FILEFRONT.

RapidShare and MegaUpload get screwed over by GigaGet, and FireFox crashes whenever I start a download.

i just heard something from a friend who used to do MUGEN, is there anyway to have it, on the select screen. to place all of your Gouki's, or Ken's, or Ryu's, or w/e in one character space, and be able to scroll throughout each one? it would SO help my select screen at the moment....

MUGEN is great. I have seen it on youtube for a while and have recently downloaded it and loving every minute (man I'm enthusiastic).

Anyways I have a question and I'm sure it has probably been talked about already but here goes. How do I create my own title screen? I have looked through tutorials but so far have had no luck, or what I have found I can't understand it.

Any help would be appreciated.

wait it depends on how far along into mugen you are first of all...other wise I wouldent get ahead of my self...no offence lol I cant do that stuff so I guess I have no reason to talk :P

Well I know how to put characters, stages and music into the game, thats how far I am so far.

If someone could direct me to a decent tutorial and some app to create them I would be very grateful. I think I could figure it out from there.

I like capcom games and the charecters and I have downloaded aload of them already. I was hoping to have a Capcom Battle Colesium (rip off I know)title screen in place and then go from there.

Again any help would be appreciated.

I've been trying to figure out the same thing myself. WooshaQ told me to use Fighter Factory, which I downloaded, but all I see is a program to create characters.

It would be helpful if someone simply made an EVE pack that has the select screen with categories (Anime, Capcom, etc) patched into it, then just send the whole thing through rapidshare or something. Because I really don't know how to do this myself.

Also, that screenpack is coming along really nicely. Could you upload the training block? I've never seen it before.

funny Soldier, i was going to ask the same thing, i like that training block.... and.... i was trying to figure out the screenpack thing myself....

It would help if I knew the one thing to replace in EVE; data, font, or plug-in. Again, the only thing I want to change is the select screen, so it has categories to better sort the characters.

Also, can I keep adding character blocks under "Bonus Characters" as much as I want? I want to create more character spaces without obscuring the portraits.

Looks awesome, the select and ending screens came out very well. Are you going to release a Beta at all?

Just letting everyone know I'm new to the board. Been to every corner of the net, and trying to build the idealistic "perfect" mugen to my tastes, but I've been watching this thread for a long time, so I know everyone on here...just not personally. I'm not really requesting anything, just saying hello. Also, I have about 700ish characters...but from what I've read almost every character I have has been requested at some point...but if anyone is really looking for something let me know.

Isn't there a way to just change the pic behind the menu on the original mugen title screen. All I want is a Capcom battle colesium logo there.

Well it seems that editing the category screen into EVE is no easy task, so I think I'll give up on that idea. Instead, I'm asking everyone to recommend the best screenpacks that feature the category select screen.

hmm...I know you have to use a good program of like photoshop to make characters.but what happends if you use paint?..XD...but anywho,I forgot my question....so I'll edit this post when I remember it...XD

Does anyone know if there are any warzard/red earth characters flying around and any other miscelanious capcom characters like king arthur, resident evil characters, dante, rival schools, zero etc etc... (I can go on forever i think) in the alpha/vs/darkstalkers series style sprites. And how good are they?

I remember seeing Hinata from Rival Schools once. Can't remember where though.

This screenpack can hold 10,000 characters (500 slots per catagory) or a simple
250 slot version can be used.. its all here and it's your choice...

Wooshaq i like what you have put together and clever using pics of stages in the character backgrounds. The qoute rock used was pretty cool but he was fighting the training block so it didnt seem as cool. Hope to see a release soon from you man.

Soldier i was told this awhile back and it slipped from my memory so it might not work but you have to go into the EVE screenpack and create the catagories yourself and change the entire select screen to the way you want it from there. If i can remember how it was done i'll post instructions but it will take some trial and error to get it to work.

I am back on the hunt for 3 characters and want to know if anyone has seen them or has them. Shin Ken, Shin Ryu, and Shin Chun Li are whom im after so anything would be helpful.
