These cannot be completely different people. They are just put into completely different scenarios in each game. umm again It has been officially confirmed that every Link is different each game except OOT/MM as they are directly connected. Windwaker Link is said to be completly out of the bloodline altogether

I don't quite understand it myself, And I love the Zelda Series. (Haven't played it in a real long time though). Since he's reincarnaed I would have to say that he had to die at one point (since that's the point of reincarnation) and the reincarnated version must be in a different time period than the original.

Hmmm..... I don't know. I haven't even played Metroid before, So I don't know her whole situation. Is she an alien? Some kinda female mutant.
But if She's from Earth... I would have to say Definately.

Nope, she's not an alien; she's supposedly the last human to come from Earth after the space pirates wiped everybody out except her. Then the Chozo came to Earth and found her and made her into a warrior.

Besides, does it really matter whether she's an alien or not when it comes to how hot she is?

From what I remember from Metroid Prime, they found her among a fledgling human settlement. Earth was never mentioned and don't forget about the Space Marines, they wouldn't be around if all the humans were wiped =p. So yeah, Earth is still around in the Metroid universe.

It's possible that there were other humans in space if and when the Earth was attacked, so those humans make the race live on.

I take it you got your info from the Chozo Lores, but ever watch the cutscenes in Metroid Zero Mission? If I remember right, it shows the Chozo finding her crying as a little girl among devistation and debris. Earth may still be around, but it's in ruins.

EXCEPT that she didn't live on Earth. She was part of a space colony that was ravaged by Space Pirates (lead by Ridley) and destroyed. The Chozo saw her as some sort of warrior of prophecy that is supposed to save them. They take her, train her, and give her some of their DNA which grants her enhanced reflexes and physical ability and the ability to use Chozo technology. Most of this info can be found in the Metroid E-Manga (just google it) which IS a canon source.

Actually, I don't like Zero Suit Samus at all. I prefer Samus' appearance prior to Zero Mission. Now she looks all comic-booky and ugly; far inferior to how she looked before. I can't stand it. They touched her up so that she looks a little cuter and universally appealing in SSBB but I still don't like it. Let me show you...

Well... If she was an alien I wouldn't know what Kinda foreign diseases she might have. And once a person finds that you have a disease... You start to look unattractive.
