Well, not really. Fortunately, I don't have to deal with such complaining because my girlfriend is a gamer herself.

LOL...

See the nintendo 64 underneath the TG16 and atari 2600? Underneath the N64 is a SNES and a Sega Saturn. Bad angle on the pic.

INDEED. Xmas Nights as well. Nights was one of my fav games for a long time even after new systems came out after Saturn's demise.

You win for ZANAC. Fucking ACE, son. ACE.

Speaking of which, this gives me an idea. Do we already have a "post pictures of your gaming collection" thread or not? If not, should we make one?

scotty Jun 13, 2006 03:06 PM

I think its a good idea, it would be interesting to see all the crazy games people have, and I guess they could explain how long it took to collect, or how hard it was to get certain games.

Helloween Jun 13, 2006 04:35 PM

I think a thread like that was tried last year, and it lasted about 10 posts. Public interest might be stronger this time 'round

ROBOTRON: wow, that is a prime set up. Do you always keep all the systems arranged on the coffee table there? or was that just for the pic?

Ha, ha...yeah, they are always there. No kids here...no wife yet, so I just leave em' there. They are all hooked up and ready to go through a series of video switch boxes.

Living room. I would like to play in bedroom, but I only have one tv. And my bedroom is too small anyway, all my games/dvds/music are in here, and so is my computer. I really should get some more shelves for them, and for my consoles. Why does Xbox 360 have to be so damn big, that thing ruined my carefully balanced order in living room. :annoyed:

The Burniator Jun 14, 2006 01:08 PM

I used to play in the downstairs living room but now that I got my own room I play in my bedroom.

VitaPup Jun 14, 2006 09:57 PM

We used to have a room called the "Nintendo Room" which would also turn into a guest bedroom it my grandma or somebody spent the night do to a pull out couch. Now that our basement is finished, all gaming happens there except for the SNES which is still in the Nintendo Room and my sister for some reason has her own ps2 despite the fact that there is one in the basement.

solid_snake Jun 19, 2006 09:47 AM

i have played in my bedroom for like 8 years now.
im quite used to my bedroom and i love to play video games on a small tv cuz it reminds me of the times when there were no big tv's and saturn and SNES used to rule the world

Radical Jun 20, 2006 05:22 PM

I play in my bedroom because it's private, and it's where my TV is. Also, my computer is in my room, so it's my only option for PC gaming.

K_ Takahashi Jun 21, 2006 12:16 AM

There is no cable TV in our place so the living room is up for grabs, media-wise...
