just be careful about how much soy you're consuming, too much is bad for you because of the fact it can mimic oestrogen, some studies have shown that it can cause thyroid problems and in some cases leads to cancer. you can easily google up some articles about it.
also, since you're not eating meat, try incorporate other types of beans (pulses) since soy doesn't have all the essential proteins/amino acids that you're missing out on. i used to have a list somewhere of which foods apart from meat had the essential lot of proteins but i think it's buried somewhere in the cupboard with my old old biology notes. but focusing on just one food type as a healthy lifestyle is hardly healthy since too much of anything can be bad for you
