It depends if i actully have something to do next day. If I do, then I'll try to get maybe 7 hours of sleep. If not, I suaully go to bed at around 2 to 3AM and wake up around 1PM. Unless I'm dead tired, but that's another story.
|
My schedule is madness. Ideally I would go to bed before 12AM and wake up early in the morning, but that just doesn't happen for me. I stay awake until about 4AM-6AM and sometimes later, and then sleep into the afternoon. Today was special because I went to bed at 5AM and managed to wake up by 12AM.
I'm generally a zombie with any less than ten hours of sleep. Don't know why. But yeah, this abnormal sleep schedule actually has me down; but it seems like even when I try to correct it, I end up back in it anyway. |
Relatively normal time I guess...
About 11ish on a school night, though I'd like it to be a bit earlier...*sigh* I get up at half 6 or 7ish... At weekends...whenever I feel like or depending on what I'm doing. |
On school days, I almost always go to bed at 1:00, or when I'm very tired, at midnight. On weekends, at 3:00 or 4:00. It's not too healthy, but I'm not feeling bad so far.
|
About midnight during the week, as I usually have to be up for college at around 7:30am. During the holidays and the weekends it varies, but bearing the occassional all-nighter, it's usually around 2am.

somewhere between 3\4 AM, I start thinking and thats it I'm screwd out of sleep as usual, I dont use drugs though never have likley never will. anywho weekends are diffrent because then it dosent matter what time it is i can sleep in
|
I generally go to bed between 11:00 - 1:00 during the week. It depends on the day and how I'm feeling, and whether or not I've worked until 12:00. Sometimes if I get home at 12:00 I can't sleep until 2:00ish. I usually get up at around 8:00, unless I have Jazz Band practice, then I get up at 7:20-30.
Weekends is a whole nother story, usually I'm not asleep until 3:00 on weekends, and sleep until 11:00-12:00, unless I go to church, then I get up at 9:00. |
In bed at 12AM and asleep by 2:30 AM.
What do I do between 12 and 2? Watch TV or watch the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers DVDs my nephew gave me. |
I make sure I go to bed no later than 2 AM. I usually sleep earlier, but lately I've been pulling 4 AM bedtimes and end up getting late for my morning classes.
|
I try to get to bed no later than midnight or else I'm a misery to deal with. =\ I usually read a book or if I haven't misplaced it again some game on the DS until I get to tired to see the screen/words.
And no matter how late I have been up I still get up exactly at seven in the morning. |
Around 1 or 2 AM. Sometimes 3AM, depends on how much work I have left (Currently working, no skool at all :( )
Then I have to wake up at 8AM every morning. Take a shower, brush my teeth, eat breakfast and work at 9AM till 6PM.... |
Around 2 or 3AM, waking up everyday between 8 or 9AM for my baby daughter... then I sometimes fall asleep at 22PM because I'm really too tired ;)
|
Just wondering, you guys who goto Bed at 3am onwards, do you guys have you know, JOBS to goto or what?
|
I try to wake up around 10 am even if I don't have anything to do. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have class at 9:30 so I get up around 8:30. I actually get up earlier during the summer since I don't like sleeping in and feeling like I wasted a day.
|
Nearly always sometime between 11-12 PM. I don't have any problems with falling asleep, so I don't have to take any sleep pills. However, normally I should go to bed at around 10 PM. I have to get up at 5:45 AM, since German school starts at 7 AM here. Pity me. :(
|
I nearl;y always go to sleep at about 2-3 A.M... and then I'm awake at about 7:30 - 8 A.M.
Can't be too good for my health... |
During the school year, I try to go to bed before 2AM on weekdays, since I usually have to get up by 6:30. Over the summer or on weekends, my bedtime falls somewhere between 1AM and 4AM, and I make up for that and my lack of sleep during the schoolweek by waking up at 2PM. I need to get rid of this habit!
|
It's been a few years since I've had to get up earlier than 9 on a regular basis for anything. God, I don't know what I'm going to do when that changes.
When I have to get up at 9 the next day, I'll go to bed at 3-5 AM. On weekends I'm at 4-6 AM, waking up at 2-3 PM. I don't even try to go to bed until I'm actually having trouble staying awake; at least I don't waste time trying to fall asleep (I hated that). So yeah, it takes a lot for me to change my bed time even a little. I do surprisingly well on the occasional 4 hour night, although done more than once or twice in a row and it reeeally catches up. On weekends, 8-10 hours of sleep seems very natural to me, and 11-12 hasn't been all that uncommon. I believe some of us are addicted to the night owl way of life, and there's no going back. |
for me it was like 3-4 am, but im working, and i have to get up at 6, i get tired, and im sleeping at 1230-1 am
|
I tend to generally go to sleep around 2-3am and wake up around 9am, though sometimes when the weekend rolls along, I'll find myself being up till sunrise sometimes. (I get too caught up in other things, then look at the window and do a double take after seeing light through the window blinds.)

It all depends. That last couple of night I've been staying up late, cause that's the only time I get the computer. I usually play Counter Strike, or just surf the web, the usual stuff.
|
I usually go to bed around 2 AM. I'm sure I'll end up staying up later now that the semester is over and my work hours will be picking up the slack.
|
usually I go to bed at around 2 or 3 AM, well on school nights anyway.
now that its summer time for me and I start work at 7:30AM I tend to go to bed at around midnight nowadays. |
I usually go to bed at 11:30 -12 and wake up at 7 to catch the bus to school, then get home at 4 later in the afternoon to get a nap, wake up for dinner at 6, then hang out util 11:30 - 12 again
