Seymor in FFX was, and is probably still my most hated villan in an RPG. He was so smug with himself all the time, i just waited for my moment to stick it to 'im.

Also Lynx in Chrono Cross was another big one. He was so delightfully evil, i either wanted to keep his body for the rest of the game (his attacks were way cooler than serge's) or put him right out.

The one I had the urge to kill was the boss from Xenogears. I can't even count how many times he beated me to death before I was able to defeat him. Not only that but it took me 80 hours to finish Xenogears and at the time I had got a new game but I wanted to finish Xeongears first, when I killed him I felt like I took a weight of my back.

How to have fun with Seymour:

When he's Mortibody, just cast reflect. He winds up killing himself....

Anyway....

I agreed with Tidus: "Stay up there!" I was tired of fighting him. 4 fights? I mean, come on now--that was as bad as the real boss in FFIX.

Luca Blight was one I always felt justified in beating down. He felt that everyone was beneath him and deserved to die.

But, I'd have to say the one bad guy I wanted to beat down from the moment I "met" him would have to be Colton from Suikoden IV. He was bossy, and I just didn't like the way he treated the group.....
