Personally, I use Audacity to do my audio editing. Open source and comes with a lot of neat effects you can put on your audio tracks. Not sure if it supports OGG, but I use it for Midi, MP3, and WAV all the time.

I have to wonder if this is too obscure to guess or if the faux rhythm is just so far off it's unrecognizable. I assume something that has 4 seasons should be fairly popular. Either that or nobody's followed this series and my taste in anime is simply horrible.

I thought it might of been from Maria-sama ga Miteru from the first hint and was trying to re-arrange the rhythm and notes in my head to make it fit but I couldn't find any songs that matched. Don't really recognize any of the song in the second hint either unfortunately.

After half an hour of trying to figure it out through lyrics I only ended up with various CCS songs. Rather generic lyrics :(

This series was the first 'real' anime I watched (Robotech and Speed Racer doesn't count), as a dub on Cartoon Network. So it holds a special spot in my heart. This is my favorite song in the series, and I like how the song's motif was worked into the more poignant moments of Akazukin Chacha. :)
