I'm willing to bet that in the instruction manual for that game it recommends taking regular, short breaks while playing. You probably have grounds to sue them for the RSI you've just inflicted on yourself.

Oh hey, thanks for letting me know you were gonna try it, russ. You asshole.

For four of the new achievements, you are required to win each Versus mode 30 times. The matches can get pretty lengthy when people start hitting the time bonuses, so not including time spent looking for a game with nothing less than three bars and hanging in a lobby waiting for more players to show up, you're looking at at least ten minutes per game. When it's all said and done, you could very well be robbed of your victory by a ragequitting host in solo games and any one of the other three players ragequitting in team games, if only to prevent you from taking the win. It's poor game design for these modes, and it also really hinders anyone trying to get these achievements legit.

Even if you were able to get a group together to boost these achievements, you're still looking at a minimum of five minutes per game if nobody hits the time bonuses or scores any melee kills in Slayers. It translates to two and a half hours of game time, which isn't so bad in team games since two people can get the achievements at the same time, but I can imagine it'll get pretty boring for everyone else waiting for the one guy to get his 30 in the solo games.

That's just an example of the bullshit behind online achievements, not that it's the best example since I think only three people in the world picked up the unlock code in the first place, but there you go.

I'd be willing to help with whatever, provided I have the game in the first place. PM me either here or on Live and ask me.

One game: Condemned 2: Bloodshot.

Cue ragemode.

Also have Castle Crashers still and will boost achieves. Otherwise most games with MP achieves can just rot on the ground, I don`t give a flying fuck.

What was hard in Condemned 2? I got 1000, don't remember them being too difficult.

The multiplayer achieves were total bullshit.

Heres a strange one - Chronicles Of Riddick: Dark Athena.

Most of the achievements are in the 10p range, a couple of them are between 15 and 20 and only finish either campaign on the Hard Difficulty will net you 50. Is it me or does that seem like they were low-balling it a little?

Well, I didn't exactly plan it. I was reading through this thread, specifically the handful of posts about the endless setlist, and was like "What the hell, I'm not doing anything for the next few hours." And off I went.

And just to update, the next day, my shoulders weren't sore anymore, but my right hand was sore and felt slightly swollen, since the right hand was holding the drumstick for probably 100,000 or so drum hits. By Monday I was good though.

Sorry for the bump, but for some reason, I had no clue that Beautiful Katamari had online capabilities and about 5 achievements linked to online play. The prospect of throwing cookies at friends sound fun too, but no one seems to play this game as well. The multiplayer lobby is also amply psychedelic, looking more promising than the multiplayer mode of the last Katamari game.

Anyone else willing to invest a bit of time towards this?

I'm still missing the one for playing online 50 times, not to mention the overall time achievements, so I'd be up for it sometime. During the week, I'm usually online 8-10pm or so.

I haven't really been on Live for awhile, but I'm up for GH5, Katamari, Fuzion Frenzy 2 still, and whatever else; just let me know when.

I'm usually on this in the evenings. All I have left in the way of multiplayer achievements are a full standard Band Vs. Band match, the standard band simultaneous activation of star power, and getting the maxed out band streak (the one involving getting a band moment, having everyone get their 4x multipliers, and then activating star power while holding that during the band moment).

If anyone has all 4 instruments and wants to boost the BvB, lemme know. I'll be back on it sometime later during the week, as I NEED to finish Marvel: UA tonight.
