Hyper Street Fighter II

hi all.... i'm looking all over the place for the arranged tracks Hyper Street Fighter II that came out for PS2 and XBOX. thanks.

shadowlink56 Apr 27, 2006 01:52 AM

The Sim City Rip link is now in My Rip List thread, of which there is a link in my sig.

A bit of clarification: I did not rip 007TWINE, I just provided it here for those who were asking. I don't know who did it, or if it's complete. Thanks!

They are sitting on my hard drive in raw ADX form right now. It'd be trivial to convert them all to convenient MP3 form, except for the fact that there are some ugly sound errors on at least three tracks (haven't checked the endings yet). They're the sort of errors one can't easily patch up, either.

I guess what I need to do is confirm if it was Capcom's sound files, or if it's an error on my own disc. If anybody else has the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection, could you play the arranged version of Guile's theme and tell me if you notice any really obvious sound glitches?

BigC Apr 27, 2006 12:56 PM

Not sure if anyone has done this, but I don't think a Viewtiful Joe Double Trouble rip has been made.

SuperSonic May 2, 2006 09:56 AM

Did anyone ever do Earthworm Jim for the Genesis? I was

aware of an SNES release, but not a Genesis one.

Basil May 2, 2006 10:54 AM

I might get to ripping most of everything I requested on the first page - eventually.

I should hopefully have Mario Party 7 finished by this weekend, since I reripped all 86 tracks in one shot two days ago.

Grawl did a gamerip of Juiced. As for the others, I haven't seen them.

Please be a little more specific on the NBA-FIFA OST's, because I have

no idea what you're talking about. Are they separate games?

Rimo did a rip on GTA 2, although for PSX. Shouldn't make a difference - http://www.geocities.com/rimo_gff/Gta2.txt

SNES
Lord of the Rings (no SPCs... impossible to log using ZSNES)
Claymates (ditto, and I recorded over my video tape recording of the music)
Terminator (Nintendo Power noted it's "dark, menacing soundtrack")

I did Claymates. Click on my sig's rip thread link to get it in the first post there.
Post there to let me know you got it.

Rimo May 12, 2006 02:51 PM

And here's a rip of "Lord of the Rings", done by niki:

Mario Party 7 is completed, so you're free to cross that off the list. ;)

I found the website where I believe Rune Walsh placed "The Legend Of The Dragoon Unreleased Tracks" up for download. They sound really good actually. He did a good job. Only problem is, when I go to click on that site to see if anything is added, it will say server not found or page unavailable. It's been doing that for quite a while. The last time it has let me on his site was around 4 months ago...give or take.

Double Post:

Thats the website btw...shoulda placed that in the first message...

Thats his website, did he just give up on it or does anyone else know the reason why it's unable to be accessed anymore?

THE POWER OF WATER May 18, 2006 04:29 AM

Cubed World hasn't been up for ages, sadly. I don't remember the exact reason why it went down, but cubed still hangs around the forums if you want to ask him.

Basil May 22, 2006 04:31 PM

The Simpsons Skateboarding has been completed by DVDRick.

I'm also working on The Simpsons Road Rage.

Yes, and I don't know how many people saw this thread, but...
http://www.gamingforce.com/forums/ge...ory-ideas.html

I'm working with cubed to restore the game rips directory! =)

Received. Thank you and niki!

I didn't know there were only 4 songs in the entire game, though. Wow.

eriol33 May 22, 2006 10:24 PM

I want to add Bleach games for future rip project. I enjoy the music a lot. There have been two releases so far, Bleach: Hanatareshi Yabou (PS2) at Oddigy and Bleach Heat the Sould (PSP) at GH. Most of the musics are blend of techno, jazz, and ambient.

Bleach GC Tasogare ni Mamieru Shinigami (GC)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bleach_...ieru_Shinigami

Bleach DS (NDS)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bleach_...i_Kakeru_Unmei

Jump Superstar (DS)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jump_Superstars

Bleach: Erabareshi Tamashii (PS2)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bleach:...reshi_Tamashii

Bleach Heat the Soul 2 + 3 (PSP)
GH hosts the rip from the first of the Heat of the Soul series (though it seems incomplete)

I'm actually not sure there are only 4. While playing the game on emu and recording it, I ran into an emulation bug at the entrance of the last dungeon of Moria. Black screen. No way it would load.

So yeah, maybe there is actually a last boss / ending music. I can't tell. =(

Still, the game is a pain to play, but I just love the music. <3

Also recorded the C64 / Amioga version if you're curious. Same composer but slighty different arrangement. =)

Thanks for spreading, Rimo. ^_^

No, there's not. I don't remember if there's an ending credits theme or not; I think they just recycle the title theme.

I'm pretty sure there's more than 4 tracks, but not by much. Title theme, forest theme, wasteland theme, Ringwraiths theme, cave ambiance, and a couple variations on the Moria theme (which is entirely percussion). And the ending song, if it exists. I'll have to ask my brother.

Not surprised there was an emulation bug. When my brother masochistically played through the entire game, it didn't even function properly for him at the end. The Balrog never showed up, so Gandalf quietly hung out at the back of the party during the ending sequence in Rivendell.

eriol33 May 23, 2006 09:10 AM

btw... caitsith has ripped Blue Kirby's mario party advance request, Threadstarter could move it in the complete section now.

I was going to mention that, but thanks. There's a GSF rip of "Game & Watch Gallery 4" now as well.

On a side note, is it possible to mark these games as in-progress rips? These are my next ripping projects from a topic I posted in Audio Requests.

Polarium (DS)
Game & Watch Gallery 3 (GBC)
Burnout Legends (DS/PSP)
Rush 2: Extreme Racing USA (N64)

I may be able to rip Pokemon Dash (DS) but since I've never played it before it could be a tough one for me.

And apparently The Simpsons Road Rage was also completed by DVDRick, but I'll continue with my rip anyway (he deserves more credits though).

I'll also look into Mickey's Speedway USA for darkcomet72 next time I head over to my relative's place. I can't guarantee I'll make a rip of it though.
