So guys, I found this AWESOME video that basically sold me on getting the game (As If I wasn't interested already, but yeah): Tim Schafer takes us through the first 17 minutes of the game more or less, running commentary of sorts as a preview of what to expect in actual gameplay. Because it IS actual gameplay being featured.

That's a huge fucking soundtrack and it's hugely awesome. It has all the greats like Judas Priest, Ozzy, Motörhead, etc. and still found space for some old school obscure monsters like Rotting Christ and Carcass. Best part though: MANOWAR AND TESTAMENT ARE ON THE SOUNDTRACK.

I preordered mine weeks ago so I'm really just killing time until this game is released.

They've been taking pre-orders for months now at GameStop; it's where I got mine, at least.

I guess the facepalm inducing lawsuit distracted me. At least its finally over with and no more unnecessary obstacles stand in the way.

I'd heard that Activision dropped it because it had no potential for a string of sequels, but that's a whole new level of retarded if true. Not everything dealing with rock can be shoveled into Guitar Hero.

Now if this was some small release that you'd be lucky to find anywhere else, like an SMT game, then this would be excusable.
