Sweet lord, I've never seen someone get that many points from one word before.

I thought I did not do the math correctly when I was adding them numbers. It just looked to big to be true.

No, it's correct. You had a big word with a W and G, then multiplied it by 9.

Anyway, I played TROVE/MOONSHINER for 38 points, then TROVES/VISTA for 45 points, for a total of 83 points today. Like last game, I'm just playing for 3rd at this point. I draw the letters for Face, Nee (and Zergrinch) and think, "There's no way they'll get a bingo," then they go and do it anyway.

Intriguing. Mr. 8 point word scored a 198-point whopper in the next move. Wonder what he does for an encore, and who was foolish enough to allow him to make such an audacious move :tpg:

At least you've got a few consonants (and I can think of a few words you can make, though none place on the board very well right now). Notice that jafrenette has no vowels at all.

I just made HOMOZYGOSIS off of a double/triple word score, which nets me a total of 150 points. It's not 198, but it's close. Don't expect a great second move, since that used all my vowels and my blank.
