Judging from the bones that look like they are apart of the stairs, it brings a post-apocalyptic war thought to me, so I can't really guess much better than Fist of the North Star.

that looks alot like Suikoden Demon Century which is awesome movie and i have seen the subtitle but it was a friend of mines and i have no idea where he got it from. If i'm right someone else can go :P

That's Jigoku Shoujo I believe :), that or Samurai Champloo...or it's a scene very similar. I guess Jigoku Shoujo though. I could be wrong, but that's what I associate with brutal death.

It looks like Akira from "Hikaru no Go" but that screen shot looks like it's from a game or something. Maybe from the movie but I never seen that.
