In my country, ecuador
we have regular 1.10 cts (which sux, i think that water works better in a car)
and Premiun for 1.60 cts(which still sux, but not like regular)
the thing is that my country produces petroil, and we have the most expensive(and by far) worse gas in south america.
When i travel to venezuela their gas cost like 10 cts premiun!!!!!
there are some issues with the production with the country, and the prices are paid in part by the country itself, but the gas its excellent!
