Yes he did. Volume 1 is boring as hell though it has 2 or 3 of the best song from the game. Volume 2 is overall better. Take a listen of the arranged album AND the voice mix arrange album. I enjoy more the entire soundtrack after a listen of the voice mix arrange.

Motoi Sakuraba for his Valkyrie Profile soundtracks. Nothing beats the big beat and ska asanoganawa by this composer.
