Oh, I'll gladly take control of him again. I just thought Animechanic might want to keep going with it. Consider me back in, then.

Lurker, does your Halfling Cleric have a name or should I just spin the Wheel of Hilarious Epithets?

haven't come up with a good name by now, so whenever a spot becomes free I'll go with whatever you come up with.

FatsDomino Aug 24, 2008 12:29 PM

I wonder what would happen if you filled the gap on the book shelf? =))))

I went ahead and just split the gold evenly since nobody seemed too concerned about it, so... 50?

As for Mirtul, it's essentially May. The current day is the 15th.

I'd say some of the characters have found a sudden lack of motivation.

FatsDomino Aug 26, 2008 09:43 AM

That was a pretty big battle you guys went through with a new one looming just ahead.

Motivation to go into that again so soon might be true. You need a few moments to pee down holes in the wall and making flavored water and running from boulders in between battles. Hopefully whatever comes down the hall is interesting. I find the function of this dungeon and its community intriguing. More of that please.

Bradylama Aug 26, 2008 10:05 AM

I'm asleep already so...

The unmovable stubborn Aug 26, 2008 06:02 PM

Yeah, half the party is resting and we already knew Bob wasn't particularly likely to walk into the unknown without his meatshields. Think of it as a beautiful opportunity for individual glory! Individual riches! Individual death!

FatsDomino Aug 26, 2008 09:52 PM

Zeph, I recommend that you sneak in through the ventilation system.

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Aug 27, 2008 06:55 AM

Is this new corridor where the dodgy brickwork Fescue spotted was or between the statues? If so I reckon we ought to smash the wall up a bit before we go anywhere else. Also, does Bob need to sleep to get all his surges and HP back or was a tasty meal of crab and a nice sit down enough to envigorate him? I might have slightly lost track of which dailies he's used today too...

Zephyrin Aug 27, 2008 09:32 AM

It's too late to turn around now. We have company. And mischievous at that.

Don't think I would trust mischievous midget-lizards, if I were my character.

For clarifications sake is that lever on MY side, or the lizard's side of the gate?

The unmovable stubborn Aug 27, 2008 07:17 PM

I don't think you could really spend more than an hour or so doing what the party's accomplished since the battle, so I can't really grant any restoration. Everyone does have a new action point, though. I believe you're out of dailies excepting the wand.

The hallway opened up on the south wall.

The lever is on your side of the portcullis.

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Aug 28, 2008 04:52 PM

So come on then guys, do we shoot the lizard and sneak down the corridor or throw things at the tripwires?

FatsDomino Aug 28, 2008 04:57 PM

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Aug 28, 2008 05:11 PM

That's probably a job for Soggy.

knkwzrd Aug 28, 2008 05:58 PM

I'm all for rhythmic gymnastics, but a blindfold might be a little much.

Shin is very lucky he spent that healing surge when he did.

Might want to fix that, pang.

The unmovable stubborn Aug 29, 2008 04:32 AM

Fix what, exactly, other than my excessive generosity?

Oh wait I see

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Aug 29, 2008 07:29 AM

And there was me thinking we'd all been granted god-like health reserves. :(

Bradylama Aug 29, 2008 07:41 AM

We're so close to a level-up I can taste it.

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Aug 29, 2008 08:01 AM

See, if Bob hadn't accidentally pissed off a slime monster and a giant crab we'd still be miles away!

Also, despite having now alerted the Kobolds to our presence and what with the mysterious date on the bit of paper being a mere two days away, I still think a proper rest period might help to get back all our dailies and surges and shit. We've got water here and a single doorway to guard and although six odd rooms in two days is pretty slow going, it's been a pretty bloody trek so far.

Or we can press on and hope the Kobolds don't have any particularly nasty pets.

FatsDomino Aug 29, 2008 10:46 AM

I see what I assume are multiple pressure plates and crates. We should...

Zephyrin Aug 29, 2008 11:39 AM

Something tells me you've been waiting a loooong time to use that.
