I just tried to compensate the self-own situation back there with another silly comment. Guess it didn't work...
To be quite honest, I really didn't think of the Side+B special moves (were they in the original SSB?). I should've read the combination descriptions more carefully. |
No, the side+B, where not in SSB, but appeared in Melee.
Charizard's Rock smash is ridiculous. One of the fan favorite Pokemon and he gets a never-used move, and the rock, if he takes it from the ground, it looks bad :( And is it me or Squirtle is too big? The interesting thing about the Trainer is, what about his Final Smash? three Pokemon at the same time, or 6? Or one final for each Pokemon? Oh and Petey, they chose the worst "boss" to capture the princesses(I insist) T_T |
Wow! New gameplay mechanic! And a seriously awesome one, at that.
I wouldn't exactly call Gliding a brand new concept since a slight variation of it was done with Peach in the last game with her floating. They basically expand on it by adding the possibility of moving up and down with it for momentum.
Gliding looks pretty sweet. It'll make playing Meta Knight even awesomer. So what other characters do you think they'll introduce that will be able to glide?
Even if Ridley doesn't become a playable character, he may still be a boss that glides. A Pilot Wings 64 character on a hang glider would be pretty lol/amazing. |
You can't turn in midair? I guess that puts a caped Mario flying around out of mind.
Mario is too busy these days doing all kinds of crazy flips and shit to care about gliding anyway.
This just makes me concerned on what the Recovery moves of those three are if they have not only Glide but also Wings and a recovery move.
Well, Kirby had a pretty darned good range for his old recovery moves (as well as a lot of control), so they might compensate by making them a little easier to kill.
Gliding reminds me of Super Mario World, I wonder if there will be "mini games" that involve gliding. (If there are mini-games, Glide to the finish XD )
I bet target practice will be back as a good way to learn the techniques of a character.

Goddamn, that is both bizarre and brilliant.
I agree with Akago.
Just like WarioWare, bizarre and brilliant. They better have slapped a bunch of microgames into that. Quote:

Holy shit! WarioWare FTW!

I just hope this ups the possibility of another Warioware character appearing... and not just as an assist trophy.
OMG... what a great idea! I will absolutely love that stage!
Every time I think "Nintendo has lost its mind", something even more screwed up gets leaked. I bet that stage really will change every 5 seconds, too. I cannot give Nintendo my money fast enough at this point.
Hey its Smash Bros. after all, anything can happen :P
I like BigCN401's idea, that would be fun, entertaining and crazy. |
Too bad it's not going to happen.
Face it, this is Smash Bros., not WarioWare. On that note, today's update is a little video involving Pit... ugh. YouTube - Pit's Descent Get lost, Pit. Nobody cares, you pretentious little Tetsuya Nomura-designed faggot. Make way for some A-list Nintendo stars, will you? |
I know hat won't happen, I just said it was a good idea. All the video involving Pit -.-
Hey now... I thought the video was pretty cool! Made me desire a Kid Icarus Wiimake. Actually... it made me really, REALLY desire one.
Yeah, I agree. I'd say it desperately needs a remake, as the original game was terrible and a remake is the only way to justify Pit being in this game.
