How about Hellsing? Wasn't there some kind of helicopter assault in the last couple of episodes? And they were fansubbed by AnimePixel so that could explain the terrible encoding.

They watch anime on youtube because they probably don't know where to get anime, are too lazy to do so, don't have a lot of harddrive space, don't care about the quality issues, or any number of those combined. |
Note: I don't watch anime on youtube. However, my friends who do have given me all of the reasons Acer has listed for doing so.

Final Approach it is.
Acer: Actually, it's not the encoding. For some reason whenever I take screen caps the images get distorted like that. :/ Can't get screen caps from ogm or mkv files either. It's quite annoying. Any recommendations on how to fix this? Ah. Figured out the problem finally. |

Since Yakitate Japan has already been guessed. I'll have to guess the only other show that may have a baking scene like that one, Kekkaishi. I think it's Yoshimori obsessing over his ultimate cake or whatnot.

Khalfan has it dead on. That is indeed Yoshimori from Kekkaishi, in yet another of his attempt at making the ultimate chocolate/cake. A pretty nice series, just saw that episode yesterday.
