I've seen this show a couple of times on TV ages ago. I don't remember the name so I can't confirm whether or not Khalfan is right (I can't find his guess on ANN). But if I remember correctly, doesn't it have a floating goldfish (it's pink, I think) that follows the main character around?

Yes, this is one of Yuu Watase's work, but to be precise that is Ayashi no Ceres, think it was 9th volume.

PS. Sorry to not actually give a guess to the actual SS. I sure as hell don't know what that anime's name is. Just wanted to clear some things up.

Incorrect. I am currently reading Zettai Kareshi thanks to Greykin's sample and this is very much from Zettai Kareshi, not Ceres. The page is from chapter 20 in volume 4. Page 32 to be precise.

It has a floating goldfish alright, and Goldfish Warning is correct.

I'm going to guess Kanon with no clear basis other than my gut instict says Kanon. I watched up to like episode 5 I think and stopped just to assure Blah that this forum has terrible taste in anime. This might not be Kanon at all which just furthers his point. We should all probably watch Kanon.

Yup, it is Kanon, nice guess Acer. It's Makoto trying to brush her teeth, and yes, more people do need to watch Kanon even if it's filled with moe-blobs.
