i doubt there will be as much humor in this game as compared to he other mgs games cuz, reality check,,, snake has just learned when he is going to die so under that tension, he will hardly be in the mood of crackin' jokes with people,

Ultimate sweetness!!! I'll definitely be pre-ordering one! Though, I kinda wish they'd show some images with him doing different poses. That way we can see as to what kind of articulation it has. I wonder if he comes with another head without the snake eye (whatever it was called) thing.

Just a heads up but the Liezpig Games Convention kicks off this week and according to EGM and Eurogamer Konami will reveal some new footage for MGS4.

What day this week?

I'm guessing Monday. There's also something that Sony's going to announce or reveal that's suppose to be big.

Sweet, hopefully the new trailer (assumed) will have the MGS theme this time.

Konami's conference isn't even until Wednesday and there's no guarantee they'll even throw it up online but if they do then I'd take a wild guess and say Sunday but it'll most likely end up online before that, be it a poor quality CAM version.

C&VG aren't entirely reliable but according to them the new MGS4 trailer will debut tomorrow at Konami's conference and feature the first look of actual gameplay:

Well as you'll know from E3, where we managed to catch a word with legendary creator Hideo Kojima on the next and possibly final incarnation of Solid Snake's adventures (though we hope Kojima will at least keep the door ajar for future offerings), MGS4 already has us more excited than a bag of puppies.

Well, more should be known at Leipzig tomorrow about this 'Most Wanted' of all PS3 titles with a brand new movie debuting, which should give further clues to the all-consuming beast which is MGS4. From what we hear on the wind it's going to be an absolute corker too, with attendees (including us) treated to the first in-game action from the title, which will feature actual PS3 gameplay visuals, as well as the usual carefully crafted and absorbing cut-scenes which are such a feature of the series.

We hope it won't be too long before Konami unleashes the trailer on an entirely suspecting world too, but if not, we'll be there to bring you footage direct from the show floor with our usual wobbly cam antics. Are we excited? Most definitely!

Sounds exciting, MGS hype is always better than game playing itself...lol.

3 minutes of new footage showing 2 forces fighting each other before the one sends in GEKKO's and wipes out the enemy. No gameplay though but the the impressive thing about the footage is the smooth stable framerate even with everything happening on screen.

That was just pure awesome! I love how they kick the shit out of everything, then shit on everything.
