I was going to say Keroro Gunsou since that looks like one of the frogs, but then the father from Azumanga Daioh is in there too. This looks like a spoof/amalgamation kind of series so I'm going to guess Genshiken or something.

Nope it's not from Genshiken. And actually it's not a spoof/amalgamation kind of series at all. Which is why I put this pic. :D
I just watched the series and was like wtf when i saw that scene. Another hint is that this show is from before Keroro Gunsou anime started.

Also would like to point out that the "frog" in the pic represents "Giroro", one of the frogs, but the coloring is wrong.
We could investigate on the other series of the studio, but we, as in I am too lazy.

Yep you got it CLOudkiller! Good job! That is the exact scene. The first image is from when Miu is with her friends in the arcade and they wanted to get a doll from the machine. Ayane was sitting down using her Laptop as always on the side. :D
