down again...

The site is back up again, however I have been unable to use it for the longest time due to me forgetting my password, my ISP's server-side spam blocker blocking the reset e-mail, and being unable to log into the Box forums and request the address be changed (since they required activation of the fourm account from within your profile.)

Just 2 more users need to be wiped and I can make a new account...

I think its down again... the site, anyway. I haven't been able to get on there for about 4 hours now. I guess the tracker is ok since mt torrents are still seeding. Does anyone know if when the site is down, does your account still get its stats updated?

I'd tell you what was going on if I could but for reasons unknown to me my address to their irc channel is banned. I haven't gone there in months and I never say anything worthy of a ban so I'm clueless as for the reason why. Maybe aku could shed some light but yeah the website and forums are down.

I was just wondering if there was anyone who could actually log on to boxtorrents. Because I've been reading around and it doesn't seem like its being restricted to just those IP addresses. Just wondering.

Site, forums, and tracker are down and they have *.ip range banned on IRC. That's why I can't get to it and why a bunch of people can't. Tails was able to though. Not sure why it's down though.

I couldn't get in yesterday either but it seems like its back up.

Yup, it's back. However the *.ip bans on IRC are still in place which sucks ass.

Yup. It looks like they're down. The server won't even respond to any ping calls.

Nope. I noticed that a couple hours ago myself but figured I'd wait a bit since they sometimes have quick downtimes.

I have been nailed by spyware numerous times on box, its almost to the point where I will never go back.

It is usually caused by a pop-up.

Anyone else have this problem lately?

You still usually get just one pop-up with Firefox unless you have some fancy plug-in or something.
