I use it a fair bit when i'm online but not so much in person. I've noticed myself starting sentences with 'Well,' alot recently and i think i've done it alot in the past.

I use "well" a lot as well (see?), but I also use "so" and "however" just as much. I can't seem to break myself from this habit. I just noticed on one of my other blogs that I use the word "tired" a lot, like 70 times so far. :(
