According to Major Nelson, you'll now have a "Gamer Picture" and a "Personal Picture". The Gamer Picture will operate as it always has, with no user-created images. The Personal Picture, however, can contain images taken with the Vision camera. The Personal Picture will appear in place of the Gamer Picture for Friends only. Also, it will not be visible on the web. This leads me to believe it will only be stored locally on the HDD/Memory Unit.

Well that's kinda sillly, since I would like the gamer pics to be totally customizable. Although I can see how this would curb complaints about inappropriate images a lot.
