Of course. It's impossible not to like Quppo & friends. Besides, when I eventually force myself to go back and finish the remaining character quests I'll be thinking of the Time Child South Park episodes whenever they show up.

And I may be the only one who thinks TotA is way too long, which is odd I would imagine most people would want their RPGs to be long long.
Abyss did feel like it went on a little longer than it needed to, but I didn't mind. The only real problem I had with Abyss was the world map being a glitchy piece of crap with horrible battle load times. Even that wasn't much of an issue once you got the Albiore to fly around.

Asking out of curiousity, is the story in the TotA game just about the same as the anime adaptation (a 26-episode series)? I've only ever seen the latter and haven't played the former. Because if the is comparable to Phantasia's adaptation, then I guess Abyss is waaaaay too long...!

On the other end of the 'long RPG' spectrum, Tales of Innocence is really short for a mothership title. On the other hand, it is impressive how much voice acting they shoved into a DS game.

Yeah, from what I recall the anime adaptation of Abyss was pretty spot on. It skipped some things, but nothing too important.
