I'd suggest a program like FileZilla. If worst comes to worst you can drop a Sendspace or Megaupload link.

I use for ftp, Firezilla, there are certainly other options, but why not? It's easy to install and does its job. ORION !!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGGH, well two stupids, one thought.
