So remove the block that stops me changing my personal information so I can be done with this site and move on.

This is also not about people being mean to you, this is 2 years of consistant harassment both online and personally. It has worn me down to nothing and I am at the end of my tether with it all, the fact that no one seems to care that people in a position of trust on this site are just flouting my personal info about which is where the whole thing started.
