No, the game is just extremely poorly coded (ie, it's Java) and falls the fuck apart for no reason on a routine basis. As far as I know the only "admin" is the guy running the site itself and for the most part he'd rather piss on a goon than help one.

I think that was just a case of a server-side hiccup. It's happened to me a few times.

As mo0 said, the only reason Somewhere Awful exists is down to the game's bored-housewife audience having taken mortal offense to the sudden influx of butts and fisting a few months ago - the admin only set it up as a measure to keep the filth separate. That they're being so protective of something they have no real say on is awfully pedantic. Some kind of bitchfest occurred a while ago that resulted in the room being deleted, and I believe it was only restored after the owner was inundated with belligerent goons demanding an explanation/calling him a cocksucker. Yay GBS!

Summary: Keep occupying the place; there's shit-all they can do about it and it really doesn't make much of a difference - if anything they should be glad to have more people for them to play with. I think the main thing that annoys them is that a cohesive group of people from another community are hanging around, and they feel that we're contesting their turf.

In any case, it's too bad that crash happened the place is deserted now.
