Ugh, after my first day back at school, I have a splitting headache, so I can't stand to look at these letters anymore. Therefore, I played FLAW for 20 points, giving me a total score today of 80. Probably not my best moves, but it's all I could come up with for now.

Hm, a depressingly low scoring day for me. I played SCAPOLITE down at the very bottom for 42 points and HOG off of MAHARAJA for 21 points. That brings me to 63 for the day.

Yeldarb's DONGLE is disallowed, because neither OA nor NY are words. He loses the turn, and since his other turn was used to trade in letters, he gets no points today. (Why did you do that, anyway, Yeldarb? Shouldn't you trade letters first, then see if you can make a better word?)

This left me with a problem. I don't want Yeldarb's blunder to kill the triple word score for everyone, nor do I want to give someone an easy 9x word score by leaving the E there. Unfortunately, RockgamerXIII played LOX off of DONGLE. Here's what I've decided:

I removed DONGLE and LOX from the board, which gives anyone the same chance to use that triple word score as before, having to deal with the A and Y. I still gave RockgamerXIII credit for LOX in his score.

The funny thing about this game is that it always works out that there are different score strata, with ~3 people with close scores, but way seperate from the other groups. I usually just focus on beating those in my stratum, which this time seems to be you and Tritoch.
