Overall, my vote goes to Super Mario Galaxy. It does everything right. I'm just not sure it has "soul" yet though, but I'm reserving my opinion until I'm at least 10 hours in.

I had to vote for the Orange Box though, since it contains HL2 which is one of the best games of all time. I hear it comes with some other games which are good stuff too, so all the better...
