Just the price of early adoption. I want an iPone, but I'm going to wait for more features and the next price drop.

I doubt this will go far. This is the business world. I have seen products that weren't popular drop in price dramatically in weeks or months. Yeah, it sucks when something "just went down 50 bucks a week later". I know, it seemed to happen to me EVERY TIME I BOUGHT A DREAMCAST.

Seriously, things drop in price. If she is upset for the drop in price and hence in market value of the product she is trying to sell, then well, she shouldn't bother buying any more technology. It will just keep happening.

i dont think there are any terms in any sales agreement that guarantees buyers being able to sell their bought products at a reasonable profit at a later stage. the lawsuit seems a bit ridiculous. although i can understand why she would be pissed.

"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Buy a dreamcast, throw yourself into moving traffic."

Shame on me to say the least. Would have been nice if my second one let me play all the homebrew stuff, but nah, it was one of those of the last batch that messed it all up...
