It's great and everything, but would it be possible to fix it so that when you mouseover the map, it doesn't push the list of members down suddenly? The way it jiggles is so annoying, in the same way that some MySpace types abuse the power of CSS and when you mouseover a link, it doubles in font size and tears apart the table >_<.
Also, is it possible to set the Who's Online list page size to something bigger, like in the old GFF? If this was a profile preference setting then that would be fine too. |
Neat, makes me wish I could click on the dots and see who it is.

Currently Active Users>>Display (near the bottom)>>Search Bots

That is one looong article by the way. They even used the Harvard referencing method.
After reading that, I still don't see a reason for these bots to be included in the "who's online" list. Won't that be a waste of resources? If not, then forget it. |
The search bots are grouped under the guests as far as Who's Online goes, and since they're "browsing" the board, there's no reason for them not to be included. That and it helps people keep track of just who (or what) is browsing the board at any given time; there are undoubtedly people who are interested in that information, since it wouldn't be included in the software otherwise.

I second the motion! I guess, I'll try that one naz. Aztig! One question, how do I do that? Sorry :p I want that flashing thing. |
This might just be my extreme colour blindness, but are the dots really difficult for anyone to see? It might just be me though, so yeah.
|
No it is your COLOR blindness. Red/green is hard to distinguish for certain nubs.
|
Bobo, the maps need to not get gigantic on mouseover. The dots need to not be red (not a sold color maybe?), and they need to tell who each user is.
The above will without doubt eternalize this mod. |
