I think its one of those restaurant that sells the "heart attack" special. Which is a gynormouse burger, stack way high, and they offer it to you as a free meal if you manage to finish it in one sitting. Their waitress dressed up as nurses a while back, but I think they stopped it after some union complaint about it.
