It's it a small cough out of itchiness NOT sickness, into my fist. Anything serious is something along the lines of into my armpit. Anything around dining situations, into my napkin.

most times i just cough into my hand. but when i'm in a large group of people or at a dinner table, i cough into my armpits/shoulder area.

I curl my fingers and thumb into a funnel shape so that when I put this to my mouth and face towards the ground the cough... Residue goes straight to the floor. Some still gets on my hand but it's not very much.
