I have no idea on the poll, but taking a browse at the link sure is interested
gooooo wood rat! i mean...mouse ._." |
I'm a Metal Rooster. Yeah, that's right ladies....hard cock. ;P
I'm also a Libra. |
ElectricSheep, I´m both as well. Your birthday must be right around now.
Judging by the poll, most people are 1987 rabbits. Fuckers. Only four roosters. |
A lot of us rabbits, eh? I'm a fire rabbit...so basically, I'm the shit.
|
I'm an Earth Dragon, apparently. That's kind of cool I guess. I've always known that I was born in the year of the Dragon, but I never knew there were also elements you could be.
|
Fire Tiger. It'd be very serious-sounding if it wasn't for the fact that the description says the first thing you notice about a Fire Tiger is its fucking eyebrows. Thanks for making me self-concious, Garden of Sun Luck.
|
Metal Horse. And like the zodiac, the entire description fits me to a T. wierd.
|
I'm an Earth Lamb.
This is pretty neat. I've never payed attention to the chinese zodiac before but that described me pretty darn well I think. I'm somewhat quiet, pretty much get along with everybody (or try to), try to be friendly. This is really cool OO. :) |

Kinda lame, though. I mean, at least it wasn't a fucking lamb. Oh man |

Wooo! Earth Dragon!
... ... ... Oh crap, never mind, I don't believe in horoscopes. |
Another earth dragon has realized himself.
I always knew I was grouped under dragon, but I had no clue that you had an elemental assignment depending on the particular year. Too bad there's no holy element, hehe. |
I don't normally believe in these things, but the Chinese have been studying this for thousands of years. I guess that gives them some credibility in my book. The description of the dragon is almost dead-on with me.

Don't you guys know anything about the psychology behind generalization? Works wonders for psychics. |
I thought that too. So that's why I read some of the other zodiacs before I posted that. Of course the environment where a person grows definitely changes things but perhaps my environment fostered my personality to be close a dragon's. Could be coincidence, who knows?
|
Any of you ever hear about one of the element/animals being frowned upon in Chinese Society? Like, if you`re a firedog you basically became an outcast? Forgot where I read that.
|
I'm an Earth Lamb apparently. Yeah, a hippy-pothead lamb ;_;.
"Lamb people have good taste..." No shit, lamb tastes great especially the way I cook it with my mystical herbs and spices. I prefer to call myself a ram, since that sounds more thrusting and virile, UNGH, UNGH! |
Metal Horse checking in. I always knew I was fucking metal.

Fire tiger here, whatever that means.. Endangered and in flames. What can get worse.
|
Wood Ox. I already knew I was an Ox but I had no idea that wood was involved.

I knew I'm a rabbit...but just found out I'm a fire one. I see quite a number of fire rabbits as well...
Then again, the descriptions are pretty inaccurate for me as well. |
Wood Ox.
"Great fun these Wood Oxen, with their marvelous sense of humor that patches up just about everything in their path, winning chuckling friends along the way. Like typical oxen, they are open-minded, with a "laissez-faire" philosophy towards others. They conduct their own lives with a strong moral code and receive and deserve admiration and trust for their integrity. Practical all the way, Wood Oxen never make rash decisions and are always considerate of the needs of others. Another story is money! Finances are not too stable because of that old devil Credit! Why, they would buy a dinosaur if they were just offered one with a dollar down and a dollar a week. Not only that, they lend money to friends, not a good idea! Despite a volatile financial life, their careers are pretty successful. Since they are generally such quick learners, all they have to do is control their impulsive spending and try saving for a change. When it comes to moonlight and roses, Wood Oxen have it made. Because they are such good communicators, they know that nothing chills a romance like a cold shoulder. They talk over differences right away, never letting trifles build up into resentments. Wood Oxen are very devoted to their family and family life is rich with treasure." I found myself disagreeing in some statements but whatever. |
Wood Ox. I suppose most of what's written is true for me. Although I don't think I'm a good communicator. People are constantly trying to derive the point of whatever it is I'm talking about.
