I actually had a few concepts for user names but my scanner is old and scans incredibly badly and my digital camera got stolen ~_~
I plan on getting a tablet so that I could work on some school projects so once I get it then maybe I'll draw out some stuff. Saw some good budget ones on newegg so hopefully I'll have it soon (any recommends? o-0)

Shenlon, go with the Wacom Intuos 3 if you can find a good deal. I would say go for the Cintique, but they're waaaaaaay pricey.

I really wish I was able to spend so much money on a tablet. I'm in an incredibly tight budget because of problems so spending 200+ for the intuos3 is a bit much.
But I actually found a pretty cheap one here but its the smallest size but I heard that its enough. I never used tablets before so I could know how the size would translate on screen. Even to i never used one before tho I know I can learn incredibly quick.

You seem like a pretty happy and positive guy. So I tried to think of something that embodied that. Kept thinking of the flute so I tried to incorporate that into it. Uh... yea. Still unsure about it. ._.

OMG! that's amazing! I love your art style! I look like I could be a character in the game FFXII (which I'm currently playing XD)

Wow, your style looks incredible, Kazyl. Your sketches of Inhert and Jochie are definitely among my favorites in this thread. Your technique is so different.

Haha, I was thinking it resembled some of the character sketches for Final Fantasy Tactics.

Indeed, the style of him/her is quite good and I like it. I like how it is on paper that makes it look like a book. You know like an old book drawing from back in the day?

Yea this took almost as much time to do as Inhert's. I was gonna some how fuse the tritoch concept into some tribal outfit but I'm just not creative enough. I just didn't want to get so bogged down on the costume so I focused more on the construction. I simplified it into a bird. And there you are with your fuzzy stuff sitting on a tree branch.

Ooh, it looks excellent. I love the texture on the branches and the fuzzy collar/cuffs on my outfit. The best part is that the hair and facial shape look just like me. I wasn't expecting that, since I think it's been about a year since I put up a picture of myself on GFF.

I'm not a very conceptual artist so at the very least I figure it'd be nice to try and bring out some physical similarities. In conjunction to the username of course. Therefore, people with pictures end up getting priority from me. :P

I've actually thinned out (considerably, according to one person :() since the last picture I posted here, so it looks even more like my current self.

Ah. Apparently the reference I used was from December 1, 2005. But yea kudos on that. :)
