In the final battle, when use mist, people that have died will give you items.

Also, if you create a moon, a giant Nagi will attack Yami.

I knew about the Crescent brushstroke, but I never saw anyone give me items after using Veil of Mist, and I used it pretty frequently. Ah well.

Wait, did you have to Power Slash them or something? I saw them but didn't get any items from them, or at least I didn't notice that I picked anything up (and like SouthJag, I used Mist pretty often).

The Nagi thing I knew of, since that's one of the ways your break the sphere.

All I know is that I saw Queen Himeko, and a lot of restorative items were dropped.

Interesting everyone already knew about the Nagi attack. I didn't find that out until my second playthrough, and even then only accidentally.

I heard the game is selling badly and Capcom will close the studio which made Okami :/ Majority of players accepts only "normal" games. But what other "deep" titles are coming to PS2 after Okami? Not much, so people should really give it a try I guess.

During the Yami fight, I just used every single technique I got back -- just happened upon the Crescent moon attack. Cool touch though.
