Actually, he's not a "bad guy." The character--Claude--will turn out to be quite the mentor to Peter. Think of him as Yoda, I guess.

ah cool, where did you learn this?

Thanks a million, tonne of good info there. Second half of the season should kickass

Drex Jan 6, 2007 12:13 PM

Yeah, good find. I think I won't recommend my friends read it because spoilers are so plentiful, but it lends some very interesting insights.

another interview with Masi Oka

Spoiler:
Questions relating to the dinosaur plotline on "Heroes" will also be enlightened to the viewers. The actor said, "I'll say it straight up the answer will be given in episode twelve. When the first episode comes back you'll see the dinosaur in play. Our shows have always realized Isaac's paintings come to fruition in one form or another. All I can say is that I do work for Industrial Light & Magic and we have worked on a great show called 'Jurassic Park.' What does that mean? I don't know."

Maybe he's just in a museum or something? That would surely disappoint everyone. :D

That's one heck of a prediction. :P

Anyway, has anyone tried to call the number on the card that Mr. Bennet gave to Mohinder? 1-800-PRIMA16 is the number, www.primatechpaper.com is the website. I haven't been able to figure out the code for Mr. Bennet's direct line, or the code required to access the Jobs section of the website. It might show up in this episode's comic. It's also possible that the code(s) were already given and I simply missed them.

Hopefully this will turn out to be a fairly large-scale ARG, but I'm not holding my breath.

Locke Jan 22, 2007 11:55 PM

mt36 is the code - phone the number and press 3

Additional Spam:
you have to be in the US (or have a us addy) to sign up though... anyone want to forward me the shit they send?

I hope someone can just link us to the good stuff. I'm fearing that this 360 experience is going to be as annoying as the Lost Experience.

Good to see Heroes back on again.

Drex Jan 23, 2007 01:16 AM

osnap that was an awesome episode. I forgot how much my life revolved around waiting for the next episode of Heroes to come out. :( Poor Peter always taking the brunt of everything, and I really feel bad for Claire. What was up with the horrid orange shading on everything that included her this time around? It was creepy.

Yeldarb Jan 23, 2007 01:19 AM

lol the sword was fake.

Drex Jan 23, 2007 01:20 AM

Yeah, poor Hiro. All excited and stuff. I'm trying to figure out why they didn't get in trouble, though - all the security people were suspicious, and he would have been seen as moving really fast, but not invisible. Plus Ando was just standing there; surely surveillance cameras caught him? Oh well.

At the speed Hiro was moving he would have just been a blur. Ando is a different story, but security cameras won't do the guards much good if they don't come back into the museum.

That was my question too. They should have walked outside of the museum and then stopped/slowed time. It's rather obvious who took the sword when Ando is still standing there, and Hiro would go from standing there to a blur after the sword is missing. A security guard eyed them both staring at the sword too, if I remember correctly.

Shonos Jan 24, 2007 02:58 PM

Does it really matter in the end? They returned it after discovering it was fake.

Who needs to paint the future when you can predict it, right? ;) It actually felt pretty good knowing I was spot on about the museum part.

Anyways, great episode. Can't wait to see the next one.

The Furious One Jan 25, 2007 10:23 AM

Yeh it was brilliant episode. I have a feeling that the nuclear guy ran away to vegas himself to get away from people. Peter wont be able escape the future it seems.

Lol I like how everyone is going to vagas or am i getting mixed up with 24 now, arghh to much quality TV!!

Yeah. I guess he just chose a place in the middle of nowhere because he wanted to develop his powers w/o hurting anybody in the process. I'm not sure whether or not he'll end up as a bad guy int he end though. Not much has been exposed about that guy.

Erisu Kimu Jan 26, 2007 09:24 PM

I think he's a cool new character. He's got nuclear/explosive powers and he's invisible. I'm dying to know who Mr. Linderman is. BTW, is Sylar done for?

Inhert Jan 26, 2007 10:01 PM

huh? the invisible man and the nuclear man are not the same person... at least I don't remember it being the same guy...

Sepharite Jan 26, 2007 10:37 PM

Nope. The Nuclear man is in the desert - which Peter is probably heading (how ironic). And he met the Invisible man on the way there.

I seriously doubt Ted will turn into a bad guy given what he has already went through. He lost his wife?/girlfriend because he didn't know how to control his powers, and Matt let Ted know that his girl would not approve of a villianesque lifestyle, so I believe he's trying to gain control of his powers so he doesn't end up killing another person he cares for.

The Furious One Jan 27, 2007 05:12 AM

Im thinking that its all a big circle they are unaware of, the invisible will probably introduce Peter to the Nuke guy. Maybe the nuke is also a student of his too!

Does anyone know if the dinosaurs shown on the TV show Hiro caught a glispe from is a real show, cos they looked pretty impressive, think they could of definately got away with Hiro actually fighting one!

parKbench Jan 27, 2007 07:52 AM

Hi guys, I just started watching Heroes. It is an awesome show! I was able to find the first 6 episodes posted on the web, but I can't seem to find episodes 7-12. Can anyone help me out? I tried the NBC websight, but it keeps crashing my computer. All the other websights I go to, episodes 7-12 have been erased.

SenorKaffee Jan 27, 2007 08:16 AM

I think it is no coincidence that Hiro gets the scenes with the best effects. ;)
