The temporal loops are over? Well maybe now I can start watching the second season.
Okay, so to minimize the pointless excursion into the endless loops, which episodes can I skip? (For example: should I watch episodes 1-3 and then skip to 8?) |
1-3 then number 9.
Watch number 4 if you want to experience some of the loop tho >_> EDIT: oh wait you might save time if you skip the setup in episode 3 and go episode 1,2 then 9. Since everything in episode 9 is explained from episode 3-8. But I guess the proper way would probably 1-3 then 9. It's up to you really. |

--Edit-- a.f.k. took down the first two episodes, does someone have an different download location? or alternatively, who's a good sub group besides them? I don't follow current seasons enough to keep track of sub group quality much. |

I'm guessing we only have 5 episodes left this season after Endless Eight? So will Sighs only be one episode or two? I'm kind of hoping that Disappearance will be at least 4 episodes long to truly be epic....

Was pretty much a boring setup for the next episode but unless they want to pull off another stunt similar to endless eight, i'll still be watching for the good parts.
I know nothing about the manga btw so I'm pretty much blind about future plots which was one of the main reasons I got drawn to haruhi. |
Glad to see that things are back to normal..sorta. Haruhi is still an annoying brat. Is there not an arc where she's put in her place / gets her ass kicked ?

There's something weird about the new animation. I notice it most when Haruhi smiles, it looks way off to me. Anyone else get that?

If any of you have seen all of Endless 8, its becomes apparent that Kyo Ani has a few animation teams in their company. On certain episodes on E8, Haruhi looks fine, whereas in others she channels Yui from K-ON a little too much.
The first episode of Sighs IS a set up, though things will get alot more interesting in the coming episodes when they make that silly movie. Besides, the sports event day stuff in the beginning was hilarious, watching Yuki go ZIIIIIIPP on the race track. |

Oh god, isn't it like only 4 more episodes left of this season (14 episodes + the 14 from the first season make a total of 28 episodes, right?)? Are they gonna spend it all on the movie-making? When the heck are we gonna see disappearance?!

While I was annoyed with E8 being so long, I always found that Haruhi is even more enjoyable in the visualized anime form as oppose to the book, despite having alot of Kyon's hilarious narration cut out. The Sighs arc is a bit of a bore to read than it is to watch, so watching it is a huge improvement. :) |
Episode 23 came out by Mazui. Haven't watched it yet since its late. But I'll get the chance first thing tomorrow morning..
err wait..Saw the first 3-4 mins of it. No opening. I guess we'll finally get a better one now? EDIT : Another excellent episode. However, it still pisses me off how he wasn't able to knock her ass down (f**k you Koizumi). Its not like he's super-boy prime who would punch anywhere in the air that would create a hole through the fabric of space and time. Wait..that would also kickass..haha 5/5 Bison Dollars >=3 |
