I never played SimCity, but the thought of a weird little man spawning buildings under you in the heat of battle sounds quite hilarious. I can't wait to see what else they have in store for us.

As great as it is to see Dr. Wright, the bumper is easily the best update thus far.

As my favorite item in the original Smash Brothers, I was sad to see it miss the cut in Melee. The fact that it's returning in Brawl, something I believe I mentioned I'd love to see earlier, makes me very happy. All bumper matches were a blast, and it's something I can only wait with great joy to do again.

It's sad that people are going to complain about such awesome news though.

I dunno, man. I always thought those and those spinning things from Melee were kind of annoying. Except on Big Blue. They were hilarious on Big Blue. They'd freeze in the air and go flying back and whoever got in its way once it got stuck in the air was cannoned out of the stage.

I am excited about the bumper return. It was only yesterday we were playing the original Smash Bros. and were commenting on how awesome the item is. It does look a little oversized in Mario's hands though.

Okay, I'm glad they gave a release date...but there wasn't a new trailer? I'm a little disappointed about that.

Will Wright is pretty awesome news. I'm hoping there are some obscure playable charas as well (come on Goemon from Mystical Ninja!).

I only now watched the announcement video and while it's nice to see Zelda there and Giga Bowser, I couldn't help but notice the whole "will launch, in the Americas" thing. So that's not really a (relevant) release date for me.

After Dr. Wright, there is only one thing that could make this game any more awesome.

StarTropics was fucking AWESOME.

They'll require you to put the password in that comes on a map with the game that NOBODY FUCKING TRADES IN WITH THEIR USED GAME SO I CAN'T FINISH FUCKING STAR TROPICS ARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Huh? They cut it out from SSBM? Never noticed that...
It's not exactly a bad item, since you can use it to annoy your opponents. :)
