If you can (And do), you must promise to elbow drop him next turn.

I has stoled all of ur twenties
u will nevr get them bak |
Does being restrained stop me from using my Expeditious retreat spell? Does it also stop me from getting up from prone?
Edit: Oh wait, I'm not prone. Who's the best at thievery here? I have a horrible feeling it's Bob (5). Assuming I can get away from the crazy bitch, I'll magic-shift my way over to the non-flamey dragon and see if I can break it, although I suspect the liquid will hurt just as much as the flames when I fuck it up. If it turns out the vampire is really Evan the barman in disguise and you guys wouldn't let me use him as a canary I'll be most displeased. |
Yeah, anything that would let you move out of the space is right out when you're Restrained. Standing up is fine but then you're not prone so it's a bit of a rhetorical issue.
(the bluish icon on Bob is Weakened if that's what made you think of Prone) |
That and the whole being thrown against the wall thing and jumped on by a crazy lady, I kinda assumed Bob was lying down.
You make saves at the end of your turn right so Bob's stuck there for at least one round? Does being restrained prevent you from shoving someone away? I suspect getting some hit points back would be more useful but if she's still there a turn after and I still can't move then a shove backwards followed by an ice shot to the bowl so she gets burned would be comedy and suave if nothing else. Additional Spam: Brady, you might want to circle round the bowl a bit so you're out of the way if someone sets off the flaming dragon again. |
Yeah unless somebody wants to toss you a free save with some power or other you'll be sitting pretty.
I was a bit skeptical but rules-as-written it seems there's no technical reason you can't attempt a Bull Rush while weakened and immobile. You won't get the shift afterward but you can still push her away. It's a Standard action though and I doubt pushing somebody one square is worth using up your AP for. |
I'll save my AP for a double whammy push then shoot at the bowl then, assuming Arg's not smashed it by then (Although one would hope that with the bowl gone, the dragon would just spit fire constantly so just the push would do).
Is a bull rush just like a normal melee attack only with pushing instead of damage? |
Just out of curiosity, does the slippery part around the bowl extend to the NESW directions, or only on the diagonals?
|
The entire 3x3 area surrounding the bowl. I would have overlaid the slime tiles over the dais instead of under it but then the ugly hackwork required to get a big giant slime puddle would have been revealed.

You're welcome, bitches.
|
Is Bob still immobilised and if so, what do I need to roll to recover?
|
No, you made your save vs the restraint on your last turn. You're good to go.
|
Ironically, I don't really need to move now, other than to demonstrate my incredible running away powers to a largely unappreciative audience.
|
48 hours; Argumentus is public property until such a time as Brady comes to claim him.
|
I finally looked over the arcane book, and I'm not sure if I like my personal new options. Some of the feats are nice, but. Does anybody REALLY want to play I WILL KNOCK YOU DOWN.
|
That's the last time I try being heroic and preventing the escape of a bad guy. Flimsy wizards do not good tanks make. :(
|
zerg has entered the game
this cannot be! |
You should've claimed arg before he did.
Really, it's your own fault Acer. |
Luckily Zerg was just barely rules-ignorant enough to avoid doing any lasting harm. Anyway since Deni is apparently banned on the basis of not being a fucking furry, somebody will need to cover for him too.
In other news, monks are back. Fuck yeah, monks. |
Curses, no chicken for Arg :3:
How far is arm reach from prone? Can he grab the ghoul's ankles from where he is currently situated? Got a list of what those various little symbols mean? |
Check his wiki (linked in the first post (Pang is helpful!)).
