That should be Hellsing OVA. Haven't seen the second episode yet but I assume it's from that one. The blood and clothes are the giveaway.

I'm pretty sure that it's Juuousei (and wow, I would've never guessed from the first cap XD)~. The uniforms look like the ones from the show, and I'm pretty sure that's Odin sitting in the chair there.

My other guess would have been Emma. Since the buildings seem to be of a european setting. Another random guess at best though :P

It's not Escaflowne or Emma. And the Town is kind of important to the series...the first half of the show sort of happens in that general area.

Looks like xxxHOLIC to me. I've only seen one episode, but that looks like that house thing where most of the first episode takes place in, and those designs kind of look similar.
