First match: Link (me) vs Kirby (Basil)

Great matchup, came down to one life for each, but he managed to close it

Second match: Ike vs Marth

We actually had to restart this match, because Shadow the Hedgehog killed our match by making the lag unbearable enough for the game to say "sorry lost host lolz"

Regardless, after we re-started, he promptly destroyed me

Third match: Snake vs Yoshi

Nothing to report. Got humiliated.

Jesus Christ, I practically murdered you in those last two matches. ;_; I blame it on the lag and I gotta find a way to fix that.

I won 3-0. Breakdown of the matches:

First match: I was Kirby, sprout was Link. Stage was Pirate Ship. Nothing special happened here.

Second match: I was Marth, sprout was Ike. Stage was Luigi's Mansion. I ended up getting two Smash Balls and executing them horribly, facing the wrong direction both times :tpg: And once I got the Shadow assist trophy, the game lagged and we were disconnected.

Second Match, Part Deux: Same characters and stage. I practically murdered sprout there, and at one point he was at two lives and I was still on four lives, with 15% damage. I ended up losing a life near the end though.

Third Match: I was Yoshi, sprout was Snake. Stage was Mario Bros. Apparently Snake can't defend Yoshi's side+B attack~ and the whole time we were practically tossing Koopas at each other. And I executed the Dragoon on him to seal the deal.


I... hope I'm not sounding narcissistic at all. Why do I worry about that. ._.

sprout, if you thought those matches were a bit unfair because of the lag then I wouldn't mind restarting the entire thing later on, once I find out what's causing it all. That was almost too easy and I don't know how I can play even with the lag going on.

I wouldn't argue with a rematch if you're proposing one. The lag wasn't as bad as it was when I had my first match against Identity Crisis, but it definitely got in the way a few times (once when I clearly should have saved myself during our second match part deux).

It's up to you mang. Let me know, I'm down if you are.

Epic fight... By which I mean wow did I suck ass. I made a few stupid ass mistakes that gave him an astronomical victory over me.

Third match: Ike vs. Samus

Another close one that came down to each of us having one stock in the end. I ended up getting blasted by a bombardment of bombs on the pirate ship level and got screwed.
