ahhh i knew it was a series that i've seen. as with most series, i liked the manga version more than the anime version =) you get a deeper look into what the characters are thinking

Yeah Ken Akumatsu tends to get poor adaptions of his manga. It's a damn shame because they lend themselves very well to being animated yet they can never get his style or follow his stories correctly. Oh well here's hoping the Negima OVAs get it right minus the cool Pani Poni Dash character design.

Extremely correct. I love the SRT games so much. I can't thank Atlus enough for importing the Original Series games this year. Until they come out I guess I'll just have to keep playing J in Japanese and not really knowing what's going on.

oh that 2nd car pic looks like Rally Vincent's car from Gunsmith Cats.

That's because I'm the master of deceptive pics (when I want to be, anyway). It is indeed a Shelby Cobra GT 500, but it's not Gunsmith Cats.

Yup that's it. Riding Bean is what Kenichi Sonoda did before Gunsmith Cats. It's pretty funny though, because a lot of stuff that was in Gunsmith Cats was in Riding Bean, like the GT 500. Both stories are set in Chicago too.

I'm guessing you haven't read the Gunsmith Cats manga, because Bean Bandit from Riding Bean is in it. Plus there's a whole lot more story than what was in the super-short OVA.
