An open apology

It has come to my attention that I have said something which was taken as a personal insult, and was incorrect. I would like to apologize for this. On Friday night, I posed a question with the implication that hockey players are retarded. I have discovered firsthand that this is not true. To be retarded is, essentially, to have impaired mental functions. This leads to the assumption of having mental functions at all, which is simply not the case. Once, again, I apologize for this error, and am glad I was able to correct it.

So there's a car that I see in the parking lot at work fairly often. License plate reads "4ELB" but I always read it as GELB.

Randomly thought of Star Trek Online the other day, so I figured I'd head over to the forum and see how it's shaping up. Apparently it's pretty terrible. Oh well. I hoped it might be decent, but I didn't really expect it to be. I'd still like to try it out, but I don't want to buy the game.

Of course, all that really accomplished was making me want to start playing FFXI again for some godawful reason. Just shows how much I hate myself. I don't know why I liked that game. I know it was terrible. I probably would play it again if I had anybody I know playing it. But anybody with any sign of intelligence won't have anything to do with it. Well, XIV is supposedly coming out at some point. Maybe I'll check that out. Then again, so if The Old Republic. Why do I hate myself like that?

Speaking of FFXI, I like how when people are talking about the failings and successes of MMOs, it's never even mentioned. Like it just doesn't exist. That always amused me.

I should start doing stuff here again.

Son, I am disappoint.

Honestly, the only reason I'm back again so soon is because I saw Star Trek Online is available for preorder and I figured Skills might have interesting things to say one way or the other.

Also my computer is dying again.
