Halo 3 is a great game, and I really have a lot of fun playing it. It's fun to just shoot the shit, shoot the shit out of people (lol wordplay), and just have a blast laughing, like in Gears.
Except just like in Gears, there are people around here who apparently have to take the game SO GODDAMN SERIOUSLY that it's just no fun to play anymore. Specifically, Devo. Seriously, woman, can you for once just shut your mouth and play the game instead of telling us all about how the game is broken? I don't care how goddamn long you played Halo 2 or whatever, the fact of the matter is you do NOTHING but piss and moan.
The one thing you have to your credit is that you ARE good at the game, and that's not deniable by any stretch. But Tails is really good at Gears, and you know what makes it fun to play with him? The fact that he just sits there and LAUGHS and doesn't care whether he wins or not. There has been nothing more hilarious than watching GELB STRIKE TEAM take out shit, or Skills run an entire match on the Banshee screaming ACE COMBAT MODE and various related shit. I get the impression that the only reason you don't play ranked, Devo, is that the asshats that you meet in there remind you too much of yourself, and you refuse to admit that you're just as much of an overreacting loudmouth bitcher as the rest of them.
I have yet to play a single game with you that has met your approval. Either the mode is terrible, the map sucks, or the host is laggy. And that's only in the playlists you play, since you apparently hate pretty much every game mode, but you refuse to play half the fucking playlists in the game because those suck even WORSE somehow.
So you know what? I'm done. I'm making it public knowledge that if Devo is in your room, no matter what the game, don't bother inviting me. I'm through letting her ruin game after game for me. It's not worth the time, the stress, or the money.
