Dog owned my laptop

One of my dogs has an habit of peeing in my bed, Well unfortunately she spoiled my bed, while laptop was charging, so parts got wet, wont boot at all

.

I will contact my cousin who works at HP, i might ask him if he can bring this laptop tomorrow, and get it fixed of course i would pay if needed.
